Objectives

The Caminao Framework is a work in progress meant to be eventually implemented by modeling tools supporting UML#, to begin with requirements. In order to validate the concepts and devise users interfaces, patterns, mock-ups and prototypes are to be handed.

Representation Patterns

Representation (aka analysis) patterns are the cornerstones of the Caminao project as their effective capitalization and reuse will fulfill the gap between requirements and design patterns on one hand, validate UML# rationale on the second hand. Such an endeavor will not be achieved without mistakes along the way, and trials may make the path shorter and more reliable. To that end tentative patterns will be make available as standard XMI files with the double objective of verifying compatibility (with UML tools) and usability (within actual projects).
